THERAPY

There is a future version of you that is so glad that you tried…..

Congratulations on taking thE first step!

I am so glad that you are here. You are the greatest project you will ever work on! Therapy is sought for a multitude of reasons yet underneath we all share many of the same struggles. To fit in, to belong. To feel vibrant and alive in a way that feels true to us. To connect on a deeper level with both ourselves and others. We may all get to this place in different ways but the longing is often the same. We are all more alike than we are different. My intention is to ensure healing is made possible with skills rooted in Psychotherapy and Somatic training, intuition and a respectful collaborative journey with you.

I am so glad you are Here!

WHAT THERAPY CAN BRING TO YOUr LIFE?

'“More understanding of myself than I could ever have imagined”

How would it feel to be so rooted in yourself that nobody’s absence or presence can disturb your peace? If we ask our heart what it needs it will answer.'“To be happy, fullfilled, empowered” It can be difficult to prioritize ourselves. But our growth and learning about our patterns, trauma’s, triggers and defenses leads to rapid growth that ripples through our body and out into every other relationship we have. It can break the chains of intergenerational patterns and free us from our often negative perceived ideas about our world. Therapy is an act of self love. A chance to let our SOULS SHINE!!

Relationship THERAPY

To feel Connected. seen. heard, understood and valued are the benchmarks we all desire in relationships.

The truth is all partners will disagree, argue, have communication breakdowns, fall in and out of love many times. Relationships are filled with peaks and valleys. We each bring our own values, emotions and ways of coping into the marriage and at times all three of those things are tested. Sometimes all at once! We are growing and evolving both inside the marriage and apart. the cracks can begin to show.

We will come together and explore who you are individually and together. my hope is that we bring awareness, healing and compassion to all three stories.
